this I "can't be around normal people" feeling I have?

I just spent the last 4 days dealing with with racing negative thoughts of suicide and out of control anger and being paranoid and very very depressed!

I am feeling a bit better and want to go out and about today...but I am feeling antsy and a bit paranoid about being around anyone except you guys here.

WHY? I really need to get my life back!

Is this the best we can ever be? Doing good and then doing bad and then doing good and then.....

coming back from a depressed state makes me jittery and unsure of myself out there. Give it a day and you'll probably look at it differently. My tdoc told me to permit myself to wait or give the time i need to me. It's ok. When you feel up for it - you'll go.
I know this because the desire is there.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
As far as this being all there is - God I hope not!!lol

dont worry about it to much over thinking somthing always makes it worse. I've started training again after injury and its making all the difference just concentrate on somthing possitive that you enjoy. otherwise your just feeding the demon dude!!!

#2 Yes I'm taking my meds.

Been taking Lithium for 3 months now and last week my pdoc put me on Risperdal with it....

BIG mistake.....sent me into dysphoric mania!

I guess I'm still feeling the effects of coming off new med....I'm feeling very angry and paranoid.

Stopped taking new med yesterday...still taking Lithium.

Yes. My tdoc suggests I start with going to a coffee shop or Barnes and Nobles and sitting down and just being with people. No interaction needed. Then a small outing with a friend or just sitting and talking.
