Chicken burger for me and havent decided what the canines are having its between jkibble or chicken as thats all I have right now for them well eggs but they had those for breakfast

Rigatoni with homemade sauce, garlic bread and cucumber/tomato salad with Italian dressing.

for me, chicken and mashed paotaoes/gravy. i can't tolerate spaghetti sauce of any kind.

Came out awesome!

Tonight Grilled pork spiced pork steak, with mashed potatoes and baby Brussels sprouts.

Tomorrow, Classic Fettuccine Alfredo w/ grilled chicken either on the side or covered in Alfredo sauce

Sunday, Fajita w/ black beans. Then for me; followed by Pepto and prylosect
