What's the longest you would wait.....

At a doctor's office before complaining? I waited 2 hours today at the neurologist. Maybe that's normal some places? I'm a pretty patient person. My boyfriend is not LOL. I've waited a long time at my p doc's before but I would never complain there. I understand things come up there and he's double booked me to get me in before.

I am allergic to Lamictal and broke out in a rash. I went to ER at midnight because I got hives all over my bodyand in my mouth. They put me in a freezing room with no clothes but a gown (paper) and there was no one in the hospital but me. I waited an hour and finally walked out to the hall found the Dr. with his feet up on his desk laughing to a friend on the phone. I had to take a cab there and back because I was so overmedicated I couldn't drive and couldn't find anyone at midnight to drive me. I was forgotten! He gave me cortisone for itching and that's it. Was a MF.

I had to spend EIGHT hours in ER; or A and E as we call them; back in 2012 when I had suspected palpitations. There was a sign saying Tai Chi could help prevent collapsing and this Woman there was making fun of that suggestion.

Many people had to wait a WHOLE DAY in A and E locally. Our Health Service has whittled to nothing thanks to Government incompetence and Foreign Nationals.
