What's the best benzo?

I am on xanax but thinking kalonopin would be a better choice because it stays in your system better. What do you think is the best benzo?

I have tried klonipin but ended up on xanax and it seems to do the job. 1 mg three times a day or I can't be still and get agitated easily. Sometimes I skip the noon one but I can really tell a difference by the time I get home that day. Never tried any others.

xanx wins hands down every time for me. much better than klonopin or valium. been on and off it for over twenty years and still only take it as needed so no problems with it at all.

Kolonopin has been the only anti anxiety medication that doesn't make me sleepy. It is not strong like Xanax though. So I still have anxiety, but a lot less. The docs don't give me both even though I need the Xanax for emergency times.

Well I'm in a constant pins and needles situation and they all stop working within a couple of hours. I told my Pdoc I wanted to go the other way. The AD way. I seem to sleep just fine now with everything I take. Now I just need something to lift my mood during the day. I've heard good things about Prozac.

I take Gabapentin 900x3 daily for pain and mood along with celexa and trileptal. I can take 2 naps daily a still sleep soundly. And that is just what I needed. I was hungry, I mean starving for sleep. And this cures it. Thank God.
