Helllllooooooo guys!! What are yuns up to?? Are you having a good day so far? I hope so. I just got finished eating and am not about to go and work on cleaning out my closet. Yay!! NOT!! I dread it. At least, I have Jim here to help me today. There is shit in there that I haven't seen in years. YEARS!! Almost feels like Poltergeist where the shit is being sucked into the closet. Oh, wait!! Maybe I shouldn't attempt to clean out the closet. It could be dangerous!! Nah. Damn. I almost talked myself out of it. Anywho, I will be back in a bit to check on yall. In the meantime, don't do nothing I wouldn't do. ;)

i am counting down until 330 when i will be leaving an going to my very first session of group therapy. i'm either nervous or excited, i'm not sure. LOL

Counting the hours til I see my shrink and tell him all the BS I went through this weekend. If anyone knows crazy, that man knows crazy. Been in the field for 35 years so he'll tell me when he thinks a person is a whack a doo. Of course, he doesn't use that term. And he's a blunt man and will give it to me straight. I like that. Also, Aschnadelbach, good luck at group. With no computers to hide behind, people can really be themselves. If you don't mind, let us know what it's like. I've always wondered.

In a funky mood and saw my pdoc today. She asked how I was, I said back to normal, planning to elope w/boyfriend, thinking of starting a porn site, pulling the wings off flies and throwing steak knives at a picture of my Mother...and that was just Today.

Straight-faced when I said it. And she paused and said, maybe we should take you off the Abilify *nervous laughter*...

This from the pdoc who had just TAKEN me off Abilify last Monday.

Good luck with group therapy!

I just got back from vacation - BOO! We went away to do pretty much nothing. I did get to go see the Boston Pops Movie Night at Tanglewood AND the Norman Rockwell Museum. The rest of the trip was so laid back. I wish I could have all trips like that.

Today was great -- until I found out my friend's baby died
