Just wondering what kind of shoes you wear. Do you change them depending on your bp cycle. I find I wear my dress shoes more when I am feeling up but go barefoot when I'm down or my old comfy tennis shoes

Nope, don't change them according to mood. But I am a bit of a shoe whore... Lots of heels, lots of comfy gardening shoes, and funky kick arounds... Lots of shoe boxes in the closet.

I go for comfort.

My UGG slippers can be worn inside or outside.
My birkenstocks have a great arch.

i cant wear heels for shit. i would like too, but i cant walk in the bastards. most of the times i wear them in bed and let my hubby nail me like a 2x4
