i mean the smallest ones too small, the pentagon shaped one gets trapped, and the 200mg ones are very big

I don't know. Have you asked the doctor if there is an in-between pill size?

I know that they make itty bitty pills for folks to start out with.

Have your pdoc prescribe 2 100 mg tablets. Mine did that.

If you have trouble with swallowing pills crush them between 2 spoons and take them with apple sauce or honey

I got some cinnamon tablets, I dumped them all out in my cinnamon in my cabinet, and split the pills in half.

I have a terrible time taking meds with just liquid-I choke on them frequently. Rather than crushing meds (you should check to make sure you can cut or crush them as some meds are recommended to take whole) I always take them when I eat and pop a pill in before I swallow a mouthfull of chewed food. The bolus is big enough to cover a pill and you don't get any odd taste.
