Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Let's start at the top and do all the anti-stress things that don't involve taking more pills, if that can be avoided (it may be part of why you're foggy).
Take some deep breaths, in thru the nose - out thru the mouth. Stand up tall and shake out your arms. Keep breathing and telling yourself how good things are in your life, and that this is just a LITTLE BUMP on the way, and it WILL PASS!
I don't know what other meds you're on, but sometimes they are what make me foggy, like for instance my sleeping pills and my anxiety meds (Klonopin).
You're working, so that's good. Give yourself today to not be at your best, its okay to have days that aren't perfect, and feel odd. It doesn't necessarily portend something horrid down the pike.
I'm not going to tell you to "just calm down", though basically, that's what needs to happen. Let the day come. You don't have to have control over it. If you don't feel your strongest, its okay, but don't ever let a little fog make you think about suicide, even in the abstract, alright?
YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE IT THROUGH TODAY, AND SLEEP TONIGHT AND TOMORROW WILL COME. Let it.
