WHAT IS NORMAL?

as a bipolar, sometimes i'm thinking what it really takes to be "normal" is normal a reality? Is saying he/ she is normal or a thing is normal is the same as saying that person or thing is in good hands? Or in good state? Is normal always a positive word?

hi everyone.i just kept on wondering if there's such thing as "normal" . in medicine, when a person's potassium exceeds 5.5 meq/L , that person is is said to be hyperkalemic. If the level goes less than 3.5.meq/l that person is said to be "hypokalemic. Anyway, when this abnormalities in potassium occur, disease will arise, disturbance will exist. Anyway im not here to explain or elaborate about potassium. I just kept on wondering if i could apply it on being a BP. I think the word normal means NO SUFFERING. I don't know if is is absolute. However the universe remains elusive. They say that : "There is no reality, only perception." Well we really cannot discover everything. The unmanifested will remain by itself.. now im not sure. But my reality is, when i feel good, i feel good. And when i feel bad i feel bad. Normal values base on researches, or u know studies about the biochemistry of pathophysiology of this disease can help us to understand ourselves. I know someone who does not believe in the use of medicines. He said that i always rely on FACTS. wHY, WHERE would i base my decisions? i mean, i cannot always rely on some gut feeling.

And others are saying that when you are a BP u are weak. I'm still trying to ponder on it. Is being a BP the same as having a diabetes or something? There is an inadequacy is it?

and this inadequacy is beyond our control. I cannot control the production of SEROTONIN you know?

PS: FACTS WILL NEVER DEPART YOU.DAY OR NIGHT, FACTS ARE FACTS. THEY WILL NOT CHANGE. AS A BP OUR EMOTIONS COME AND GO. JUST LIKE A ROLLER COSTER RIDE. BUT I THINK RELYING ON FACTS GIVES US "CONTROL" IN OURSELVES AND IN OUR MINDS!

I don't think normal is a positive word at all tbh, even less 'stability' not in the way the psychs mean it anyway. I agree with who ever said it is boring.
