Ok here is my story. I currently struggling trying to get the right meds to work. I am on cymbalta 60mg for three weeks and xanax .5mg twice a day. I have been of work for the last couple of months because I have been trying to find a med to work on my panic disorder and mood disorder. Oh yea I also have agoraphobia. My pyhciatrist wanted me to go back to work for 4 hours 1 day a week until the end of september. i didnt have a big problem with it until my short term disibility wasnt going to pay me if i did that. i called her and told her this she said well what do you want me to do?? i was so pissed!!! i want you to keep me off till i can go back without any problems. well my other problem is my fmla runs out july 27th and they are not going to hold my job. they are going to let me go. so if she puts me off for a short time i am screwed because i will have no job nor will i have insurance. that means no treatment for me. i have done nothing but cried for the last three days over this and had so much trouble sleeping. i have slipped deeper into a severe depression where i think my mind is taking over. i have not hurt myself but i have been having thoughts that is it really worth living. its weird because i wont hurt myself but on the other hand i wish i would die so that the pain would end. i am so lost right now. i have lost what few friends i had because of having to stay home all the time. my husband is wonderful to me and is good support for me. i had a family memember that was as well but she seems to but cutting ties with me now. i will call her and she has some reason why she cant talk. how is a person suppose to get better without people wanting to help? i do see a therapist every week. If anyone can help please let me know.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
When I stopped working I honestly felt it made me worse. The less I socialized, the less I wanted to. I know how difficult it is and I am sorry. I had to really force myself, with self talk and motivation doing everything I could to get back to work. Once I did, I felt so much better just integrating myself.
It isnt easy but you are in a catch 22 right now, damned if you do, damned if you dont. I will keep you in my prayers. Hugs
