Once again I have manage to fuck up my entire life. I am now homeless. My husband through me out. For those of you who have seen my posts his 30 year old bum son and 24 year old loser nephew live here. Yesterday his nephew kicked me right in front of him and he didn't say a damn thing. It's not the first time he has hit me. He has punched me slapped me in the face and kicked me. I have asked him to stop and my husband just says he is only playing around. I don't feel that way. I grew up in an abusive household and will not live in an abusive enviroment. We just had it out and he told me I have to be out of here tomorrow or shut up and put up with it. I have absolutely nowhere to go. I have no family and no friends. I have no car, no money. I just hope I die in my sleep tonight so tomorrow won't come. My tears won't stop. I am broken. I will not go to the hospital because where will I go after that. I can't do this anymore. I can't stay here and continue to get sicker. I am slowly turning my anger inward to self hatred. I don't even know why I am writing this. Because I know i just don't matter. Peace

I agree with everything everyone has said above. There are MANY resources for women coming from abusive situations. You will amazed to see, should you seek out that suppoprt and leave where you are living now, that women come from abusive homes, go through that very scarey phase of going through those support services and emerge into a better, new life that they could never have imagined.
You need to have your physical safety protected and you then need the freedom to seek the best psych help possible - both a psychiatrist and a psychologist. My feeling is that your own natural skills are being smothered because you are living in abuse - but all those skills are still there and they will come out into the sunshine if you make the productive move out of where you are. Keep posting and tell us how you are going.
Don't go back! Bipolar disorder makes us hard to get along with sometimes but nothing justifies physical violence. You probably need some therapy and better coping skills, but first you need a place to live and be safe. A women's shelter is a great idea. They will be able to help you with other stuff there too, like therapy, job skills, life skills.
Things look bleak right now, but they can get much better. Don't give up on yourself.
You do matter l wonder about your husbands parenting choices because he is guardian to his extended family so a parent even if they are not children you get hurt the kids should know about it regardless of their background or what type of men will they be to their own wives.
I wonder if long term this distance will be a blessing to you if you can find a nice place to live l think you will look at your home life differently.
