What else do you do

What else do people do who are BP on a daily basis. I have things I have to do to deal with other health concerns so I am regular with my meds because other things keep reminding me.

What I mean is like:
I monitor my BP
Test my sugar because of abilify
have a pedometer to increase my walking
have a sleep apnea machiene
have an adjustable bed to elevate my feet due to CVI
keep a mood journal

To do these things is like a job everyday of things and times I have to do them. I am unemployed but it feels like a job just watching my health.

Hmmmmm...other than BP, I just have to take my meds for my thyroid.
But you never know, at my age, something else could go wrong at any minute.

Woah! You are OCD! I'm lucky to get up in the mornings and I'm the most disorganized person I know. I'm sweating bullets cause my dog just started meds and I have enough trouble remembering to take my own!!

My pup WILL be religiously looked after, maybe it'll help my remember my own meds, LOL. Funny how she's more important in my life than ME.

Well I didnt think of it as ocd just trying to stay healthy but you may have something there since i feel aweful when I forget or like this weekend when I son't be able to keep up cause i'm camping.

I journal everyday and evaluate my mood. After that I don't think about it again unless something triggers me. Other than that I don't do much else.

I have OCD and social anxiety as well as BP1. I am the least organized person alive. My secret method of keeping organized is to yell......MOMMY!

The my wife saves the day.

I think something about this illness makes almost anything seem like a job...even when I am not depressed, I put off everything until I HAVE to do it. Going through the mail seems like a job.

    One day runs into the next I can't seem to keep them straightBut i do know it's Tuesday and I start to clean my landord's place again so it'll keep me going although I take breaks more often nowHe doesn't mind and I gwt it doneI hope that you have a good day and can get done what you need toBig hugz sent..Xo
