That is a hard one. Let everyone care for you when you can't. Try and go through the motions until you can overcome this.

i think to truly change, the desire has to come from within.

I'm sorry you don't care about yourself, what I have learned is that you can't make a person care about you. I can't make anyone else care about me and no one can make you care about yourself. Care can't be forced. It's a choice no one can take away from you. Maybe some day you will make a different choice.

May I suggest perhaps making friends with the other guys on here--like Perx, PinkFloyd, Kubla and MojoPaw, etc? They might be able to offer fresh perspectives and give support about certain issues that you might be having.

The male gender seems to get bashed around these days. I say that it is time that you make friends with some of the other guys on here, and get a pure, masculine perspective on what's going on with you.

Don't get me wrong--I like my gender-We can be awesome, but only another guy might know what is going on with another guy.
