Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I think. (still gonna take it though because I'm really afraid of my unmedicated self right now) That and the "energy" vitamins, maybe. I stopped the caffeine at 4pm yesterday and didn't get to sleep until 4 or 5am today, I don't recall.
I started resorting to Valium out of desperation around 4pm yesterday and just kept at it and it didn't work,
Then around 2 or 3 this morning I started getting really paranoid and jumpy and my brain was becoming overwhelmed with morbid, weird stuff
Like those videos that show fast-forwarded footage or some stupid vague thing and then sneak a "jumper" image of Satan in there somewhere
So I went on a long rant about something, I don't even remember (today I'm told it was about food, oh.) and did a larger dose of valium with zofran and just vowed to lay still in the darkness until I passed out, WHICH I DID! I was honest with my mum and said that I'd need to probably be hospitalized (CSU/reg'lurr ER, didn't care) if I went another full 24 hours without sleep.
Also though before I passed out I happened to catch a glimpse of a bottle of my Melatonin gummies on the floor... Oh.
Probably could've slept a day sooner with those. Lol, oh well.
I just woke up. Thankfully I feel more sane.
The new season of Orange is the New Black is on Netflix today, but I'm too sleepy for it right now. I might wake myself up with a documentary.
I've watched most of the good ones. The other ones are pretty random, most of netflix's documentaries are about random subjects like agriculture and i dunno, animal stuff.
Last night I thought of something weird. I feel that all of the more "profound" fields of study are on land, philosophy, psychology, etc.
But even supposing I became a PhD in some research field and produced some majorly insightful answers to better humanity,
The Earth is still 70% water, so I'd still have done nothing for over two-thirds of this world. xD
Oh well. Lol.
Also I found out today that my best friend Caleb/Issy is in NY visiting his new girlfriend. I'm so excited for him, and I hope she takes very good care of my cute little bab. c:
