Feeling better today was down for a couple of days slept a lot did not eat.
Butter feel better on my way up saved money anyway but my brother found out and had to borrow from me gave it to him arrg but there it is
Meds working better for the depressions and no bad highs past few months
So hypomania is better than full blown mania
Everything is all good now
