I stayed mostly because I had been told by my ER dr that my weight is causing it. I felt so bad about myself that I started crying. I knew I needed to stay because I felt like if I went back home I would do something stupid. So I stayed. I just feel completely overwhelmed. I am suicidal. Not actively ...I am not holding a weapon or anything. I am passively suicidal. I am killing myself slowly by gaining weight. I am miserable. I am THE biggest I have ever been. I don't know how to pull out of this. I just don't know how. I have become addicted to sugar. I have stopped exercising. I know what I need to do to turn this around, but I just can't seem to do it. If I come to DS and it won't do anything when I click "Login", I go to a post, click and then click "Leave a Reply". Then it will let me log in.Of course, sometimes DS just goes to "Error 504". Then I can't log in.

Can you get your primary care doctor to set you up with a dietitian? physical therapy? Going on this journey towards healing, is long without 'in person support'. I sure wish a snaped finger would make these darn doctors understand our inside head....please, if you haven't read the Fear Post in bp room....so much wonderful and positive support has been written....
There is one thing that I hope will help you, non-medical....drink as much water a you can each day...no soda, fruit juices....I sure hope this will help you a tiny bit...and I will be thinking of you, as I feel much the same....no matter what I do, it is never enough, so I just don't bother....Depression Sucks!
