Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

But, if I didn't know that, I'd be toking it up all day.
Have they? I'm in the UK they haven't here.
I thought it was treatment of glaucoma, MS and some pain related ailments. I didn't know it was being prescribed for mental illnesses anywhere?
What I think may be of Value, may not be to others. What I think is Bad, may not be for others. I have to watch myself about promoting things, whether it be weed or religion or Anything, and sometimes I slip up.
Weed is So not a good idea for me, for example. Even if it wouldn't have been "that bad" when I was younger, I had a temporal lobe seizure of sorts when I was your age, due to uncontrolled Mania, and now I can't drink, can't deal with caffeine, and apparently can't deal with weed, either.
I say "apparently" because I just tried a joint a couple of weeks ago, after 30 years (!!) of not smoking it!! (Manic attack, lol. Mis-Take!!!!)
Point is, when a thread starts and you post a thought or comment, it's okay when you get lots of people with opinions; just remember we are all Triggers for each other, and this is one of those "divided" issues.
