I've felt that way too. Believe me, we all go thru it with the bipolar. Do something to take your mind off those feelings, call a friend and find out how they're doing, reach out to others. Sometimes doing that will take your mind out of your head and in the end you feel like you've done something good. It works for me!

It is just a part of all of this sadly, we don't like what we see because we feel defective in a way. And Everyone matters especially here. I have nothing new to add. You're a hottie. And depression always makes me feel like a waste of space, but it passes eventually.

I very, very, very, VERY often feel that way. I don't even try anymore with all the make up and clothes. But you do matter. We all matter. It just takes a lot of loving ourselves to realize we are important. I have to tell myself every day "You are a child of the universe - no less than the trees and the stars - you have a right to be here".
