I hope your thinking evolves from that. It's not such a bad life. Thinking and feelings can change for the more productive. Please reconsider.

Listen, I know when I'm there where you are it's good to post.

We may not know you, but you're part of our family, all of us are to each other.

Keep posting and you'll feel more secure because the last thing we want is for you to harm yourself.

If you journal then journal. If you want to scream on here then scream! Cry too, sometimes that will get out of your brain!

please reconsider. it is not as easy as it seems. i did it and ended up damaging the soft tissue in my neck when the rope broke and brought a whole heap of trouble down on myself, i lost family friends, kids, everything that meant anything to me. i was lucky i could have done more severe physical damage. keep posting here and hopefully you will feel better and willl allow these dreadful urges to pass. hugs and hope to you.

Oh Stewie!! I'm so sorry you feel like crap! This illness is awful and lies, turning ourselves against us. Please be good to you! Big hugs, Stewie. I'm glad you're feeling a bit better.

I am glad you felt better last night after all of the great people on here helped support you. I am glad you are here on this support group. Sometimes just venting about our Bi-Polar helps a lot. Make sure you call your doc to tell them you need to come in and check your meds if you are on them to get something changed so you can feel more stable. Just thoughts on my part at least I would do that.
