ibe been self harm free for one year and now I want thim cut again just to release the anxiety I’m feeling. My therapist was supposed to call me two hours ago and I haven’t heard from her. I’m on the line with a crisis counselor right now. I’m declining rapidly. I will call pdoc in the morning though I don’t think it’s a a med issue. I’m out of options

How are you doing today? As suncloud said, having a plan is good. You're pushing through and choosing help over hurt. Praise God. That's so good. Have you considered speaking to a counselor who specializes in trauma. It sounds like there was a trigger, and they can help you discover and work through it. I believe you will find healing.
