i have been keeping track of my moods  they are tied to the moon  strangly enough as the moon goes through its phases so do my moods a lot of people feel this  it has to do with the tide as we are 80% water we feel a moodswing   for the past few months especually i completely stop crafting lasts a few days or a week or so going up and down  it is a little hard to deal with but now i spend my time researching crafts on youtube and google and watching my new favorite videis that i found and download

since this is fairly regular i can wait it out  strange    trying to do as much as i can without going uo too high   zyprexa helps and benadryl and various teas to relax
