Yesterday I have a long eventful fun day and I knew I was going to pay for it today. Today I am paying for it. I feel like I am just going to break down and cry constantly over the smallest things. Like I went to Walmart to pick up a few things and I left and forgot milk so I had to go back. As I was standing in line I felt like I was just going to break down and cry right there. I have slept through most of the day. I am severely depressed today. Has anyone else ever felt like this after doing something fun and relaxing?

Oh yes I can totally relate! I hate it when moods change this fast but it happens....Sometimes I have to treat myself like an infant when everything falls apart I have to just leave the store and go home. It gets better just love yourself and steer clear of self-judgement....

My therapist has told me about it and doing it and I try to atleast a couple times a day. Today has been a better day I have gotten alot done mood is stI'll down though. Big hug

I have been going through something similar myself. I had to face a lot this summer and my severe anxiety tore apart my life. I was at work and someone asked me how I was doing and I was smiling and then teary eyed, even though my day started out great. I hope you have a better day. A huge hug.
