i have not been on thisd site for a while just because and i am still struggling with my bipolar issues not much changed they are fast but not everyday like before off of lamictal and o n haldol again 15 mg lowq dose mostly for sleep but it does not really help i seem to be on a 2 dqay cycle 2 up 2 down fast but easier to control no really too bad episodes the other week was depressed for a week because of the weather i think now it is doing the same thing we had SNOW!!! 6 inches which for us is just plain crazy now it all melted the weather rai n forcasted tomorrow have to get out and do some shopping or something cannot stay in the house anymore i have a touch of sad also so this just adds to the nopnsense that is going on I am thinking very serioously about getting talk therapy it would be something to do and i may learn more about myself and the disorder as long as i do not lose my temper with the therapist and they are nosey ask too many questions i consider too perwsonal to talk about i am still a person with private thoughts and behaviors i do not want to share everythiing with someone else especially someone i do not even know Well this is long just putting some thoughts and feelings out there ventin g a little but it is what it is i am still an unstable bipolar anmd living my life

Therapy can be a wonderful support and tool for you moving forward..... There is no reason for you to get angry if you don't want to discuss something I would just say so
Some therapies can really help you a great deal with coping such as Cognitive Therapy
Your therapist is going to want to help you bywena
