Been a long time since I been here see nothing has changed. I have had some bad times mania new nurse practitioner. But dropped lamictal. Actually feeling ok. Had flight of ideas all weekend crafting mania on hold. Broke had paradoxical reaction to zyprexa Lost weight May sign myself into hospital need meds missed last appointment but I am making the best of it

you get back your mental steadiness? I come on here as do a lot of us, every day - it keeps me always checking in and grounding myself and understanding my emotional and mental triggers when I haven't realized them all along.
It's a journey - not a destination. Be good to yourself and give yourself the daily therapy us folks need. There's nothing 'not strong' about it - it's what we need and it helps!! ::) ((big hug))
