hi there...i don\'t have bipolar disorder, but i\'ve certainly experienced depression and i\'m curious to learn more about how bipolar disorder differs from depression and how you treat something that\'s more \'episodic\'. anyone? thanks for any feedback.

perhaps if your depression becomes feelings of worthlessness accompanied by, anhedonia, that is, no desire to do anything, hopelessness, debilitating anxiety, and thoughts of suicide, you may be bipolar II, but a qualified psychiatrist (pdoc) would know.

Have you ever done speed? Well if you have then you have experience hypomania. Only for those of us that are BP, we don't use drugs to get their. We might self medicate however, it would usually be to bring us down , not pump us up, anyone agree?

Wow. I've never seen my actions and patterns of thinking so clearly articulated. I actually was reading this mid-pull (ironic, huh?) and I immediately stopped. I was instantly inspired to print it off, laminated it and taped up the little notes on my wall, night table, and computer. thank you! thank you!

EXCELLENT list! i can see that there are still many weak points to my recovery, and this list has made it blatant in my mind - so i'm gonna work even harder at it!! as for #30... i don't know anyone that has a phone with a cord anymore... lol!
