As time passes, that nerve may thicken and compressed due to the repeated return of the S.U.....and a Pattern emerges.
The solution is to use the Salve of Change on your poor, irritated Brain Nerve, offering it more Interesting things to replace the annoying S.U.....
Change what you Do in the evenings. Think outside the box. Change dinnertime. Change lighting. Change music, change Anything you think you can get away with to break the cycle, and then your Brain Nerve will begin to heal.

That's a crappy feeling -- having a hard time finding things about yourself that you like!!!

Sounds icky!!! I hope you find a way to beat it!!!
Could be the klonopin wearing off but I doubt it leaves my body that fast, I take them regularly during the day. Not sure what other med it could be, but I do take the Abilify pretty early in the am and this does happen around the same time....maybe I'll take it a bit later in the am.
And yes it totally sucks! I've been listening to some music and Goings post cracked me up about the Carpal Tunnel Brain and the laughter helped some.
So at this Moment, I get frikkin' happy about 7AM, cycle down around 4PM, cycle back Up by 6:30 and stay Cranked until I force myself to bed around midnight. Then I get up by 5:00, feel like I need Eleventeen cups of imaginary coffee and stumble down the street pretending to be Okay (morning walk).
I thought I was just Bored! Seriously. I may be Funny, but I'm Serious.
