They reckon only 1 in 17 million scam e-mails work. But they cost nothing so it's worth doing.

A lot of scams are easy to catch if you listen to your gut. A lot of them are out of Africa and they don't know how to spell or use proper grammar. That should always set off alarm bells in your minds when you get emails like that!

I also got an e-mail from someone calling herself Gift saying she needed to launder a few million dollars through my bank account and that she was from Rwanda.

    Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.  I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings.  But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
