Been there and done that. That really sucks, you aren't going to get much if any sleep tonight are you?

My suggestion is to suffer the first night or two, then start taking Excedrin PM (three capsules) at night.

I would mail you some of mine but besides breaking a million federal laws I have to be manic to reach through my monitor to hand them to you.

Remember I am only a physician in my mind, nowhere else.

No problems here. I take it every day for months! When I'm feeling better I stop taking it. Doc said it's ok.

I have asked my pharmacist to front me some meds before and it worked.

Are you still without your meds?

Went off suddenly and my bloodpressure went through the roof.I was also not feeling well....dizzy,sickly etc

If you are not an alcoholic and sober you can drink yourself to sleep with Excedrin PM's. I used to use Vodka with that when I was amp out of my mind.

well, i have other meds for sleep. i just dont want any withdrawl symptoms if i dont take it.

I take it only as needed and i never have any withdrawls, but I feel your pain i ran out yesterday and can't get more till tuesday.

Hey hon, I have taken Trazodone too. I took 100mg for sleep for over a month. It didn't help me to sleep at all, it was useless. But it's an antidepressant that messes with your brain chemistry. After running out and not refilling I have had creepy crawley sensations in my legs that keep me awake at night. But who knows if stopping trazodone is why. If I didn't just get out of rehab for alcohol I would tell you the same that others have told you. DRINK with a PM med. lol/ jk...see what your doc says
