I have bipolar 2, and anxiety. I've been trying to sort out medication. At the moment I'm only on clonazapam for my anxiety. It's been rough. My morning dose makes very sleepy. Anyways, my life has been a disaster. Every day is a struggle.
My support system isn't very big. My family don't understand mental health. It's not that they are bad people they just don't know how to be supportive. We don't talk about our feelings. My friends either don't know about my "situation". I have a friend, we will call her Lacy. Lacy is always here for me. She constantly checks in, listens to me venting. She is great. She's getting married. So bridal showers, bachelorette and a slew things of things. My anxiety going to all of these is ridiculously high. My depression makes it hard. Lacy understands but I have such guilt. She is the best support I have, and she's going through the best period of her life. And even with that, she's supportive. I feel like I should be able to suck it up, for her. She's such a good friend and all these celebrations are a time for me to be there for her to celebrate. But all it gives me is intense anxiety.
Should I rely less on her? If I do I have no one.
What do I do?

Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

I wish my family could be more helpful. I wish I could get a grip on this.
