Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Think of today as a wonderful celebration of 6 years of perseverance. It got you here and now you can keep moving forward by enriching your life, brain and spirit.
We've all been struggling with mental illness for various amounts of time. We slowly gain the ability to accept the lows with the knowledge that yes, it will improve for a while. And when it does, LIVE LIFE LARGE!. That way, next time your mind wanders to the past, you have the happy times to smile about and instead of dread, you'll be making plans for the next good days.
