Today I am alive. I am not sure why but I am still here. I will try to find some purpose in my existence today. I know I am cycling but I am so powerless to stop it. I hate the way I feel. I hate the way I feel. I hate the way I feel. God help me today.

yes Lost, Know that you have helped me. Sometimes it's all we can do is to stay in here lifting and relating to one another. God help us all!
Sometimes I wonder if we are suffering for the good one day. If only we could allow the love to pour into our hearts. I sure do miss Jesus these days.

Good for you honey. With rapid cycling, you just have to go with the flow. Like others have said, enjoy the good moments and hold on through the bad because it will change before you know it. Hugs.
