Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Take care.

What you do is up to you.
hope this helps.

A life with a manageable mental illness sounds like your best option.
Not saying that you're stupid, just that the idea is so stupid. Please Be careful.
otherwise, no, not so good.
Screw them all.
I quit drugs and alcohol. That's about as far as I can go.
I am better off not smoking, I had hypertension and now that is gone, my snoring is much better, and I can exercise better. But it's a choice, it's also an addictive drug and it's tough to beat! Some days I really miss smoking.
