Saw a documentary not too long ago where owner's of the house rented the gentleman a room in exchange for household (indoor and outdoor) assistance and upkeep. Maybe something like that?

hi, l agree with terminatrix start looking for jobs that have accommodation, explain to the college about your homeless situation they may know some youth hostels that you could try and give you an extra week before you have to leave. The college can't throw you out onto the street either so don't move they will help you as you can't afford the rent and they will want the room back also please please tell them that you have bipolar you need support right now.

If there is a counsellor go to them and explain everything, and tell a teacher who you think has the most common sense its not about who's class you liked the most or least its about who can help keep you off the streets and if they offer you the chance to defer for a year take it, l know you hate study right now but you never know what can happen in a year you don't have to return but the option will be there.

Tell everyone you know family & friends, you may be surprised where the helping hand comes from, get ready for your fathers disappointment and anger perhaps write him a letter if he will blow up without listening and explain your situation and fear of living off the streets.

Tell him that if he allows you to live at home maybe keep a time limit of a year on it you will find either 2p/t time or a f/t job to show him you are trying and to find money for a deposit on your own place.

Try talking with your father. He may want you to get an education but that does not guarantee success. Perhaps you could come up with a life plan. Most parents want nothing but for their children to succeed. Perhaps you are better suited to a trade profession. Everyone needs a plumber, mechanic etc... As a parent I want my kids to lead happy lives. However they still need to have goals and plans for tomorrow. What would you like to do with your life? You can't survive on a crappy part time minimum wage job. What is your plan B. I say sit down with your Dad and talk about it.
