I learned this one last semester from my math teacher. I know, the last place you would think to look for inspiration for stability. But that is what he did, he inspired me. I did take it and modify it a little to apply to my situation. This another one I do not practice everyday, but it really does help.
Find something that inspires you to do something positive. It can be looking at a leaf and being inspired to write a poem, or seeing a child learning something that inspires you to learn something new. Just look for something inspirational. It can be hard to find, but it is worth it in the end.
Today I am being inspired by a classmate. She is really struggling with the course material and has asked me to tutor her several times. We have gone over the material so many times, but she is not giving up. She continues to work hard and even though she has the chance to drop the class and retake it next semester she still pushes on. It makes me realize how smart I am and that I do not try nearly as hard in class as I could. She inspires me to work harder and learn more than the bare minimum to pass the class. I have a paper to write for this class and she inspired me to look at what I had written and realize I did exactly what was expected. The paper has no heart, so I am inspired to rewrite it and make it better.
What inspires you today?

Is it ok that I am inspired by your story? I am the student who seems to be missing a little something. Your story has inspired me to seek out a tutor for a little extra help. I am doing good, but it could be better.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
