Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Another one I learned in the hospital last year. I am not the best at doing this one yet but I am giving myself an A for effort.
Learn something new everyday. It can be anything, like learning you hate the taste of Swiss Cheese. The important thing to remember is that all lessons no matter how small are important in some way. Like knowing I hate Swiss Cheese will allow me to not order it on my burger and ruin what would otherwise be a pleasant meal.
This lesson struck me today thanks to my two year old niece. She learned two lessons this morning.
1. She learned how to take the nine volt battery out of the remote for her brothers RC car.
2. She learned never lick the business end of a nine volt battery.
I guess we all had to learn that lesson the hard way.

I tried to Wiki 'Guyland Ledet' and got NOTHING!!!!!
Although he's a bit older now, they made a documentary about him when he was 7!!!! He's an accordian prodigy who specializes in Zydeco!!!!
He was on Oprah when she had a bunch of 'genius-y' kind of kids. There's a couple more YouTubes of him!!!!
How can he not be Wiki-worthy!!!!??
