And he was right. I don't know about the benadryl, because I am allergic pretty much, but I can still sleep if I take klonopin sporadically - like, once every couple of weeks when I am having a Bad night - but then I end up paying a price with the jitters the next day, and other weird feelings. And can't take the regularly at All now, even if I wanted to.
Sleep is just frustrating when we are wound up. Not really sure what works Best, but I know that Relaxing is the key - and I can't always seem to get there. :/

But I should get some more chamomele tea. Sp, I know! Maybe I'll ask pdoc why is it I can't spell anymore.

Me, I obsess about which night meds I take and because i worry they will stop working or give me side effects I'm constantly trying to stop taking them.
I finally passed out lst night but it's starting all over for me again today.....sigh
I really wish the pdoc would HEAR me when I say the klonopin are like tic tacs for me when I get this way.....

And some docs think if you really do need a controlled substance..EVEN if it is REALLY what HELPS....then well too bad so sad...ADDICTION... slap another label on em.....co-occurer ...WHAT IDIOTS...sorry
