i think spring is a hard time on bipolar..

every time ive suffered the most in the past it seems to be this time of year. maybe during christmas i get overwhelmed and a lot of shit happens and then by spring im bottomed out.

idk, ive had other bad times of year, but spring seems to be the worst. nothing to occupy my time.. before meds i would go berserk thru the holidays and still hold it all together for the family. by march, april.. id come crashing down, forcefully.
