I went to an EENT for a second opinion on why I had so much pain in my ear/side of my head, and the doc was looking at the MRI. He asked me 4 times "What did these people tell you? Did they tell you this was normal?"!!!

I'm thinking "WTF?!! If everything were normal, I wouldn't be hurting now, would I?"

What I really wouldn't wish to hear is "you are a hopeless case, irretrievably insane" or something like that- perish the thought!
