Last night I watched the Yankees/Orioles game. WTF 3 wild pitches in one inning? Yankees deserved to lose. Then the news came on. Then the Animation Domination cartoon show, sort of like kid-friendly Adult Swim (after all it's the family-friendly (?) Fox network).
They showed a charming video with a catchy song: "Things I Like When I'm Depressed" - I looked it up on YouTube and bookmarked it so I can play it for my DBSA group. Some good ideas in it, like download a new mp3 song. It also portrays depression realistically, like sitting on the floor and playing with a springy doorstop. At the end, the girl says, "Now I am a little less depressed." :D

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
