If he still does not get it kick him to the curb. Sorry, sick of guys thinking we are there personal toys if they are dating us. My freinds tell me this all the time. I too have a hubby and I feel bad I say no so often and the guilt. I usually break down. He does understand but I hate myself for it.

I struggle with that side effect with meds. I feel I'm at a prime time for enjoying my sexuality and if I go on meds it stops, but if I don't go on meds, I'm moody. I have tried many meds, but nothing seems to help find that place where I feel better.

I went through several meds that killed ...I mean KILLED my sex drive.Like numb from the waist down!

It's most likely your meds..in fact I'd place bets on it.It's happened to me..I ALWAYS ask my Pdoc ,if there sexual side effects..if there are..I avoid them!
Sometimes with our lives so messed up,with moods and stuff...it makes the libido sink.

In the same boat here as well. Meds have killed my sex drive, but when I was put on BuSpar, which can increase the sex drive, this problem went away completely. Once I got used to the med and had taken it a while, however, I was right back to having no interest in sex whatsoever. I think if Johnny Depp were to come through my front door and attack me (sexually), I still would not enjoy it as I should...as everyone should. It sucks.

Okay, the coolest thing happened... Lithium had completely destroyed my sex drive, but I think I am overcoming and compensating for it somehow... I got really fucking horny... Just now...

Nothing worse, from this guys viewpoint, than a woman that "fakes it". I'd rather face the honesty that she's not into it or didn't enjoy it. What works for one gal might not work for the other so us guys sometimes need the honesty to figure out your "unique triggers"...

However, I can't really throw stones since I've "faked it" with a couple of women in my past... After an hour or so, I just wanted the deed to be done!

After my daughter and a couple of miscarriages my husband had NONE for 18 months!!!

I felt so so bad, but I was also dealing with this illness and PTSD Triggers all at once and loosing a couple babies did not help ANYTHING!!!

Like it or not hanna you are in a relationship and that is sex is part of it.
We seem to be as beepers always worried obout how we feel or what we dont.
The problem is we leave lovers husbands and wives in the wake of out problems.
This is just another point of view.
what if you came from the view point of what camn I do to help you through this.

I think a partner in this life may just be worth giving in on sex. aaaaaaNot reluctantly but as a pesron who loves another and would do anything for him.
