I find the only thing that works for me to help my racing thoughts and irritable tension is having sex or masterbating. It's kinda messed up I think, I mean sometimes working out helps.. but general when I'm cycling going up and down with my moods, feeling like I can't focus/concentrate that the only thing that stops it. Just wanna get some comments on this....

I think you're talking about a couple of different, but related things....I learned in nursing school, of all places, that some people masturbate even in the hospital when they don't necessarily realize it, because they are in the habit of masturbating to calm themselves....so remember that next time you go into surgery!! LOL!!

But also, hypersexuality is a classic sign of biplolar mania.

So the two go hand in hand, no pun intended. Ha ha ha.
