Walk around punching the air as you keeping repeating various things about the situation that piss you off. For example if it's your boss you might say:
"F that F'ing asshole. What the F does he/she know. F, F, F (remember the punches). "They think there so F'ing smart. Well they don't know F'ing shit about anything". Keeping going until you start feeling a sense of relief!!!

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Have you ever heard that people can tolerate pain more if they are allowed to swear during the pain. Very intense study of people putting their hands in ice water. Some were allowed to cuss and some not. The cussers always had less pain.
That's why I take new improved Fukitol.
