I remember when my brain worked better. The times when I didn't feel depressed all the time. A time when when would feel real happiness and looked forward to the future with some optimism.
It would be nice to experience that again even its for just awhile.

Yeah I miss "happiness" too. The closest I get is "peacefulness" which is still a good place to be I guess. I'm still optimistic, just not necessarily about the future. I don't really plan for the future like I use to. I sort of take it one day at a time. Some days are better than others and I try not to put too much pressure on myself.

But to feel "happiness" - that would feel great.

I have my moments but I still have break through happiness sometimes even when I'm depressed!

I bought a pocket knife recently I think I've wanted one since first grade! Made me happy to cut up cardboard boxes so easily!

I miss my brain function too and yesterday something happened that made me very happy and I was like wth is this emotion!! It had been so long since I felt "Happy."I didn't know what to do with it!

YEAH! As a child and as a teenager and in my 20's and 30's and even 40's. Now I'm a chicken shit.. I think about CONSEQUENCES first, before I do anything. Where did that daredevil go?

I experienced happiness and a feeling of well being when I came off Risperidone for a short while.. until the withdrawal symptoms kicked in. It felt so good for that brief time!

I miss my childhood innocence. After that was taken from me, it was just a bad snowball effect for me. But now recently ive been discovering what happiness is again.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
