i just need to vent this, good or bad i dont care
i had my manic breakdown about 2 years ago. yes, i thought i was the messiah sent down to change everything. it was so severe and devastating to me in ways i can't explain. I literally had it all just before the manic episode, the girl, the job, the degree. Lost everything when I woke up from the mania 3 weeks later. and yes i didnt find out i was bipolar until this happened.
so today i decided to stand up and take control during a family discussion that turned into an all out battle. I was able to completely dominate and win arguments. in the end everyone was very happy with what i said and felt they came out winners. (i havent been able to show confidence like that since that breakdown because I usually end up crying when I do, and I hate crying)
but to put that together, its the first time in more than 24 months I stood up and did something that involved logic, compassion and understanding to other people without me losing control and making no sense.
it freaked me out too, im actually crying, i dont know if im happy, but its the first time since this fucking disease that i was able to get a piece of my old self or something. After 2 years its kind of freaking me out too.
dont have anyone i can say this to, and i just want to tell someone a piece of what i am going through,
just hope it made a little sense, lol

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
