That Icky Feeling

I was feeling fine for a few days then all of the sudden depression is back.  I don't know caused it this time.  The weather is rainy and gray here.  I think I'm in premenopause so it could be that.  It could be anything.  I wish I could have a few weeks of feeling fine.

I was just thinking the same thing. I’m sorry depression is back. I was listening to this speaker about dealing with emotions. He was comparing it to the weather. So when I’m overcone with depression I’m going to try to think of it as just another snow storm and it will pass just like our depression. I’m going to give it a try. I don’t know, I guess it is worth a try at this point.

After I wrote my comment it sounds pretty stupid SO I will just write I’m sorry you are feeling depressed. BP just sucks.

I also found HRT was a Godsend during peri and menopause.... The fastest med to ever work.... Literally overnight ….. xo

that black hole is bottomless. keep looking for the rope ladders each of us leave behind when we finally garner enough strength to climb up a bit and even sometimes out for a moment or two. hugs.

Ah Jen...Many Hugs! the menopause along with bp had me swinging … up and down like a yo yo.. Know you are not alone. Warm comfy baths, with Epsom salt, hot tea and I love this music ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hxvULliUa0) just close my eyes and Zone Out. Hope you'll find something to sooth the depression beasty. I hear ya with the nasty cold and dark days...Spring coming in just 2 months and 1 day is my life line!
