I'm not doing well on fb either. church "family" (Ha!) isn't even supporting me.

I wish you were clear about things, but you are not!!!! Or rather, the slant that you have on your life right now is very distorted. Your family needs you. When it comes to the role you play in your family, there IS no one better. Only you will do. I'm sorry that you are so down right now. Please reach out and get help, so that you really WILL be fine!! Your brain chems are not your friend right now. Try to see that, even if you can't feel it. ((((((Hugs))))))

I can see by your writing Jen that you are overwhelmed by your health concerns and the nodules on your thyroid. You are just overwhelmed right now. We all care about you and I'm sure your family does too. Please go easy on yourself. Don't worry about being 'of use' to anyone; people care about you whether you are healthy or sick.

You were of great use to me. I don't think I could have gotten through that one time without your e-mails. I was wondering about u the other day because even though I don't have the e-mails, I remember that they helped.

Your family needs you. Our bipolar lies to us and makes us think things that are not true. I know with my recent medical issues you were there for me and I want to be here for you. I looked forward to your emails when in confinement they meant and do mean a lot to me. You are one of the most caring people I know of online hon and your son and husband love you and need you. I'll keep praying for you but do agree with the poster who said church folk can be downright hurtful sometimes. Just know I am here to support you no matter what ((((HUGS))))

Jen you are a valuable and loving person.. a great mum, wife and friend... times are really tough atm and it would knock anyone for six... you are NOT a waste of space and are loved by many... please try and see this
