I finally am getting some motivation back so I joined a gym today. I am a little fearful of going by myself. or going at all but I so want to get off the coach and do something productive. I am starting group therapy on the 21st. So I feel hopeful I am taking the right steps. My racy thoughts are still with me but I am writing them down and getting them out of my head.I feel hope that I have not felt in a long time.
