Well the doctor is taking me off of Abilify because of the side effects and I cannot take the Klonipin. I see the doctor today to see what he wants to change my meds to.

I am nervous. I hate starting a new medication. Hopefully whatever it is will work for me without the side effects.

I totally understand the anxiety. Just take it one day at a time and journal how you feel. Anytime your mood changes, whether it be circumstantial or otherwise, write it down.

I take both with positive results, but I understand your fears. I hate ( and I don't use that word lightly) changing meds but it is what it takes until you find the right balance for YOU.

I wish we (BP'ers) had one wonder drug for all, instead of the trial and error we have to go through just to feel almost normal. Sorry my little rant.
