Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

You aren't tied to one doctor. As a patient you have the right, the right, to switch doctors. Please don't be afraid to exercise that right.
Good luck to you and I hope things will get better for you.
i am disabled for life because of bipolar with no discharge so it really does not matter and there are no more new mood stabilizers i have not tried
the np is annoying and i do not have any more to tell her so i really have no reason to change and another insurance issue
thanks for feedback
I encourage you not to give up, though. Brainstorm things you have not tried yet – for example, going to a sleep disorder clinic they scan your brain and see where the problem is. That can help guide medication choices. Have you tried exercise?
We are always here to support you, and we wish you better treatment and better sleep, but most of all peace of mind. XO
