Good morning...I'm new to the check in...I hope its OK if I participate...I just finished my devotion and hope to spend day in organizing my washer/dryer area...some TV...and a walk. My psych told me to limit coffee to 1 cup/day and I am a serious coffee drinker...I so surprise how hard that is...I'll write tonight how my day went.

I had a good day...no really manic moments...no real depressive moments...had to have a cup of coffee or would've slept the afternoon away...will talk to Dr about that...alters behaved so the internal noise was good...wife was a little irritating ...more on that later...all tomorrow brings is my nurse and community worker...later
